The root of the problem

Before schooling

From the time we start developing in mother's womb, gestation, we start learning. Before or after birth we are surrounded by people which forms society in which we grow. What if these people and the society as a whole is committing mistakes?
It implies that we are repeating the mistakes. It is justifiable.
If we are getting the same type of results again and again despite that we want a change, it means there is sure a problem.
Consider we want a fair education system. Despite our need for updated approach towards learning we have to face same monotony. A very good example of this is that the syllabus of large group of universities in India need to be changed. But there is no such haste anywhere to be found. The society which is not interested in making this demanding change is the society we live in.
A child carried by her mother before birth and after birth is under effect of this irresponsible behaviour of the society.
This child will grow-up and form a part of society mentioned above.
We are in a trap. You can see it if you seek the truth.

Schooling

When a child enters school he learns mainly from three sources; his companion, teachers and books. The first two things companions and teachers are the victim of the same social attitude. Forget them for sometime. That leaves only one pure source of knowledge, books. If we want change in our society we need to change the books. We have to put the knowledge in a revolutionary way in the books.
If the people wants change we must change our attitudes towards writing the educational books.

Coming back to one of the remaining two sources of knowledge, teachers.

Teaching is  a duty. As a part of revolution we must select our teachers on the basis of merit. That will give the much required raw material for our nation. Teachers should be trained before they actually teach students. This training should be in accordance with the type of change we want.

Third thing is companion.
If above two things are practiced with determination every one around will change including the child which is also a friend of someone.
